Please check the local ftp path in new server wizard, because it accepts also
non existent paths and this gives you an exception in ftp-page.

Sometimes hangs the program because the ftp-client and transfer page doing
some strange things with microsoft.
Workaround: When initializing transfer, please look if transfer is in progress,
before doing other things with ftp-client.

I don't know if this bug exists, but when you want to post news in an empty
news file you cannot use the syntax-highlighted editor. I had this problem.
